Winfried Ripken is a PhD candidate at TU Berlin, pursuing a doctorate in Computer Science, and a research associate at BIFOLD. He received his Master in computer science from the Hasso Plattner Institute in Potsdam, while partcipating in exchange programs with EFREI Paris and Stanford university. Prior to starting the PhD, Winfried worked for 2 years at Merantix as a full-time ML researcher.
