Ryan “Wilbur” Gelston is a student assistant in the Machine Learning group at TU Berlin. He is currently working on group robustness research under the supervision of Sidney Bender, and is aiding with the planning and teaching of the PyML course under the supervision of Jannik Wolff. He is still exploring potential thesis topics and areas of focus, but is generally interested in methods of interpreting existing AI models, non-standard and non-feed-forward AI models, and the ethical implications of AI in society.
