Maximilian Eißler is a research associate at the Berlin Institute for the Foundations of Learning and Data (BIFOLD) and pursuing a PhD at the Machine Learning Group of TU Berlin. He has obtained a Masters degree from Technische Universität Berlin in 2024 and has previously worked as a Machine Learning engineer at (Springbok AI) developing a conversational agent for (Würth IT). Maximilian is currently working on counterfactual generative explanations for the predictions of language models.
