Can Calisir is a Doctoral Researcher in the Machine Learning Group at TU Berlin. He studied Mechanical Engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and completed his Master’s in Computational Engineering Science at TU Berlin in 2024. His Master’s thesis focused on evaluating the effectiveness of fine-tuning Large Language Models for code generation from natural language instructions. His current research centers on the application of AI in manufacturing, foundation models, anomaly detection and multimodal machine learning.
